Sumaya Shiref

Sumaya joined Bell Yard in 2018 and is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the business.

She works closely with the management board on operational and financial matters, contributing to business planning and the firm’s continued growth. She also assists with business development initiatives and provides support on retained client accounts. Prior to joining Bell Yard, Sumaya was an Executive Assistant at a legal recruitment firm. Her earlier career included roles in events management.

In her spare time, Sumaya enjoys cooking for friends and family, travelling, and live music.
